CASERI helps small businesses in Peru establish their presence online. They can create a website that reflects their brand, share a product catalogue and receive orders in a management dashboard.

Quandtec develops and operates CASERI, bringing together the shopping experience, business management and the services that keep the platform running.

How it works

  1. Introduce the business

    Publish a website and catalogue with products, prices, options and availability, then share them through a link or QR code.

  2. Receive orders

    Customers choose products and enter their delivery details. The order is saved for the business to review.

  3. Keep track

    Review order details and update their status from the dashboard. The business stays in control of sales and customer service.

Guided ordering through WhatsApp is in Beta for eligible food businesses with an active connection. The business can take over the conversation whenever a customer needs personal help.
